Your Shape: Fitness Evolved é um jogo de condicionamento físico que utiliza o dispositivo Kinect do Xbox 360, para uma experiência sem controles. O diferencial do título é tentar eliminar os problemas geralmente vistos em outros games do gênero, como a falta de precisão na captação dos movimentos e instruções pouco explicativas.

Composto por vários sistemas de treinamento, cada um focado em um objetivo diferente (como condicionamento, ginástica e por aí vai), o jogo explora bem as capacidades do Kinect — fato pelo qual foi escolhido para ser um dos títulos de lançamento do dispositivo. Um destaque especial pode ser dado à estrutura do corpo que é montada na tela, exemplificando a forma como o Kinect em si funciona.

Vale notar que, apesar do nome Fitness Evolved, não existe qualquer relação com a famosa franquia que começou em Halo: Combat Evolved — a não ser o fato de que ambos são exclusivos dos consoles da Microsoft.
